What Are Conditions & What Do They Mean?

All items sold at Three Little Peas is either New or Pre-Owned. If you see the word New with an item's description that means the item is new with tags. If you see the item's description has New Without Tags, the item has never been worn, is new but does not have tags. If an item's description states Excellent Used Condition, this means the item is like new, with no flaws, holes or stains. If an item description states Very Good Used Condition, it means the item has one of the following: very mild wash and wear, no holes or stains, no major defects. Good Used Condition in an item's description means that the item has some wash and wear (wash & wear can mean piling, fade, wear, etc) with no holes or stains and no major defects. If an item does have any defects (such as mild wash and wear, etc) it is listed in the item's description. At Three Little Peas we have a no holes or stains standard and we do not sell items that are not wearable. Please make sure to read carefully over each item's description. Please Note that brand lines, names & colors all vary with each product. We strive to provide each item's line name, color & year but are a courtesy to our customers and not a guarantee. 

*We highly recommend washing each item upon receipt. We cannot guarantee any type of detergent used for items, if dryer use has occurred or if any pets have been around pre-owned items. All Retail Teething Items, Pacifiers & Feeding Items are New (Guaranteed New Packaging, Non Pets, Non Smoking).

Are Photos IRL?

Yes, All Photos are actual live photos of the physical items, they are not stock photos of the items, to show exactly what you are ordering. 

How Often Is New Inventory Added To The Site?

We are adding to our site daily. Check back often to our site to never miss new items. You may also sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when a large amount of new inventory is added and Join our VIP Facebook Group. 

What is "Extra Loved" Bin?

Our "Extra Loved" Bin is for certain items that have defects ie. stains, holes, excessive wash & wear. These items are not restocked/filled regularly and are sold at a highly discounted price. Each "Extra Loved" item has a Tan/Brown background and is found in our "Extra Loved Bin". Each item will state what the item's defect is and include additional photos to show any defects. Any "Extra Loved" item is FINAL SALE and does not qualify for any promotions, codes, discounts, returns or exchanges. 

What Is Our Shipping Policy?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Your orders will be shipped via either UPS or USPS. Shipping charges start at $3.99 and the maximum shipping charge is $7.99. We also offer Free Shipping for any orders over $100.

Do We Combine Shipping For Multiple Orders?

Yes. For Multiple orders placed within 24 hours will be merged and any additional shipping charges will be refunded to original form of payment. 

When Will My Items Ship?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). At times of higher volume, order fulfillment may take up to 5-7 business days. 

Can I Cancel/Modify My Order?

Due to fast processing and shipping timeframes, we cannot cancel any order or modify an order. If there is any issue or notes you need to add to your order, please contact our customer service. 

What If I Need My Items Shipped Sooner Than 2-3 Business Days? 

If you need to have your items shipped sooner than 2-3 business days, please contact us at thethreepeasshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number, how soon you need the package delivered and we will work with you to make arrangements to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What Type Of Payments Do We Accept? 

We accept most major credit cards, Paypal Express Checkout, Shop Pay, Sezzle and Afterpay.

How Do We Qualify For The Veteran, Teacher & First Responder Discount?

In order to qualify and receive the 15% discount code you must send a copy of your Military/Teaching/First Responder photo ID or any form identifying your status of qualification to thethreepeasshop@gmail.com or our Facebook Messenger. Once received you will receive a 15% Off promotional code to use sitewide. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Do We Charge Sales Tax? 

Three Little Peas is required by law to collect sales tax on orders to the state of Michigan. If you are ordering from Michigan, appropriate sales tax will be added your order after discounts.

What Is Our Return Policy?

All items at Three Little Peas are "Final Sale". One of the ways we are able to provide low prices and a fast order fulfillment time is by selling everything at "Final Sale". We are not able to accept returns at this time. We always strive to catch any and all imperfections with items, however if you do receive an item that is not as it is described, please email us at thethreepeasshop@gmail.com within 2-3 days after receipt and we promise to do our best to fix it.
